SketchFlow included in Microsoft Expression Blend 3 is really a great program. It is a product that you didn't know you needed until you have it. Essentially after 2 hours of practice, I can now mock up a interactive website about as fast as I could sketch it on paper.
To get started watch these videos:
Yes it will take about 2 hours out of your life but you will then be able to fully use the program.
After I watched the videos I created the SketchFlow application at this link.
I was also able to create this "technical documentation document" with the click of a button.
I think that using this tool I can get a 75% savings in development time needed to create a web or Silverlight application. When I look at the time spent on a project, there is a lot of "back and forth" with all the changes once the end users actually see the application.
Using this tool I can fully flesh out an application that allows the end users to fully experience the application so they can really see how the application will behave. Getting all the changes up front will have massive savings on costly development time.
You can download the source code for my project at this link.

And to add - Darn why are there only 7 day in a week.... there should be 8 days - 5 days working, 2 days resting and one day learning.

Re: SketchFlow Rocks
Totally with you on SketchFlow Michael. Its a great tool for getting it right before you write any code. Im on my 5 th proof of concept for this project which would normally drive you mad but SF makes it really easy to knock up a new idea with data and interactions as well. I even throw in stock photos and icons now to go the next step. You can make such a good SketchFlow app that making the real one is really an exercise in designing the best architecture you can rather than trying out ideas. Which of course ends up in a much cleaner solution with no dead end code thats just hanging around.
